Draft Environmental Impact Report for the Stockton Blvd Plan (June 2024)

The Draft Environmental Impact Report (Draft EIR) for the Stockton Blvd Plan is now available for public review and comment. The Draft EIR is being circulated for a 45-day public review period from June 21, 2024, to August 7, 2024.

Written comments regarding the Draft EIR should be received by the Environmental Planning Services NO LATER THAN Wednesday, August 7, 2024.

Public Review Draft Stockton Blvd Plan (September 2023)

The Public Review Draft Stockton Blvd Plan, which consists of a specific plan and a neighborhood action plan, was updated using input received on the Community Working Version Stockton Blvd Plan (Working Version). City staff used this input to update the Stockton Blvd Plan, making it more in line with community priorities. This will lead to a more successful implementation of the Plan’s policies and actions.

The Public Review Draft Stockton Blvd Plan was available for review and feedback from September 29, 2023, to May 15, 2024. The Public Review Draft Stockton Blvd Plan will continue to be available for viewing through the hyperlinks below:

The summary sheets include the key components on the Stockton Blvd Plan, including the executive summary, anti-displacement values, and community priorities and actions, organized by topic. The summary sheets are available in the following languages:

*Sacramento Regional Transit (SacRT) is currently studying feasibility for high capacity transit services with features such as dedicated bus lanes, increased frequency, and real-time data. The system’s busiest line, Route 51, runs along Stockton Boulevard, and is the first corridor being studied for such service improvements.
