NFL Flag is a Youth Development based instructional league geared towards all youth, ages 5-14. Players will learn the fundamental skills and strategies of flag football through both practice and game play. Practices will be held during the week and games will be on Saturdays. Season consists of a season opening Skills Clinic and Six (6) games. All players receive an NFL replica reversible jersey, set of flags, and various swag items throughout the season. Each team will have one scheduled practice during the week and one game on Saturday. Practices will be at chosen location, times and days for each division are listed below. All games will be played at Hagginwood Park, game schedules will be distributed first week of practice.

Prior to start of season, we will have a mandatory program overview/orientation meeting via zoom for families where we will review everything related to 2024 NFL Flag. Meeting will take place on Wednesday, August 21, 2024 from 5p-6p. Zoom link will be sent out via e-mail a week prior to meeting.

Youth Development based, non-competitive baseball/softball program open to all youth, ages 5-18. Players will receive all necessary equipment to play; baseball hat, t-shirt & glove (if needed). Junior Giants baseball/softball is a non-competitive baseball program. Rules are flexible and geared towards beginners. Score is not kept, games are self-officiated, and the program centers around player success rather than the final score.

We have partnered with US Soccer Foundation to provide a Coach and Mentor training that will give all JRG volunteers the tools needed to manage your players this summer! This training is one of a kind and will help you have a smooth season with your players!
Part 2
June 15, 2024; 10am-12pm @ William Land Park, Diamond #5
This meeting will give volunteer coaches and team parents a chance to run through some skill drills and get support on best practices for having a successful season. We’ll have Junior Giants coaches from previous seasons out there as well as some “baseball experts” that will provide a great foundation before stepping on the field with players.
Season Opening Play Ball Clinic
June 8, 2024; 8am-12pm @ William Land Park
To open our 2024 Junior Giants season, we’re hosting a MLB play ball clinic where players will be taken through a series of skill development stations to help them get ready to go for the season. Practices begin the following week.
