Aquacise Photo open_in_full

Aquacise (formerly Water Aerobics) is a low impact pool workout designed to elevate your heartrate, increase flexibility, and build muscle. Each class will combine light aerobic activity with water exercises set to fun music!

Classes can be purchased as bundles based on sessions, or drop-in classes for $7/class.
