Access Leisure Fun Pass Program

Inclusive Recreation for All Abilities

The Access Leisure (AL) Fun Pass offers a $150 credit to city residents with disabilities, enabling participation in adaptive leisure activities tailored to their needs.

Eligible Programs:

  • Adaptive Sports and Fitness
  • Social Events and Day Trips
  • Creative Arts Programs

Scholarship Value: $150 credit per calendar year.

Eligibility: City residents with disabilities facing financial barriers.

Hart Fun Pass Program

Empowering Sacramento Seniors

The Hart Fun Pass provides seniors aged 50 with a $100 credit to enjoy various recreational programs, from fitness classes to art and writing workshops, offered across the city.

Eligible Activities:

  • Art and Writing Classes
  • Fitness and Computer Instruction
  • Day Trips
  • Camps

Scholarship Value: $100 credit per calendar year.

Eligibility: Sacramento residents aged 50 with financial need.

Youth Program Scholarship Fund (YPSF)

Supporting Youth Ages 0-24

The YPSF ensures youth and families with financial need have access to quality recreation programs. Eligible applicants receive scholarships for registration and membership fees for programs like Swim Lessons, Kids’ Night Out, and Jr. NBA.

Eligible Programs:

  • Aquatics: Swim Lessons, Junior Lifeguard, Swim Teams
  • Community Centers: Kids’ Night Out, Wellness Room Membership
  • Expanded Learning: Summer Oasis, Kids Camp
  • Sports: Jr. NBA, NFL Flag Football, Skate Pass

Scholarship Value: Covers registration and membership fees for eligible programs.

Eligibility: Requires documentation such as WIC, CalFresh, or MediCal. Learn More and Apply

 Learn more about the scholarships available and get help with your application at our Scholarship Information Sessions. Registration is not required, walk-ins welcome!
