The City of Sacramento Revenue Services Division in New City Hall serves as the customer service counter on behalf of most city departments, including the Parking Services Division.

Meters on the street: Meters accept payment with debit card, credit card, coins, or Parkmobile app payments.
Garage parking: Located a walk away from New City Hall in the City Hall Garage. Entrances to the garage are on the 10th Street side, between J and I Street and on the 11th Street side, between J & I Street. This is a multi-story garage with elevators and stairs. Disabled person parking stalls and EV charging spaces are available. All drivers are required to pay to park, including those with Disabled Person placards and electric vehicles.
Free motorcycyle parking: Stalls for motorcycle street parking are available on 10th Street, adjacent to the City Hall plaza that connects New City Hall and Historic City Hall.
