Vehicle and Equipment Maintenance: At the heart of our operations is the commitment to keeping our vehicles and equipment in top-notch condition. Our skilled technicians are experts in preventive maintenance, ensuring that each vehicle and piece of equipment is always ready to serve the community.
Motor Pool Services: Whether you need a vehicle for occasional use, special projects, or long and short-term rentals, our motor pool offers a convenient and flexible solution to meet your department's specific needs.
Specification Development, Procurement, and Contract Management: We manage the entire lifecycle of fleet assets, from developing specifications to procurement and contract management, ensuring that every acquisition aligns with the city's goals and budget.
Asset Management: Our division takes a proactive approach to asset management. We track depreciation, budget effectively, and maintain meticulous vehicle records to maximize the value of our fleet while minimizing costs.
