Have you witnessed exceptional service from our personnel? We want to hear about it! Share your commendations with us to recognize the outstanding efforts of the Sacramento Fire Department's dedicated team.
What we need to know
To ensure your commendation reaches the deserving individuals, please provide as much information as possible about the incident:
Contact Information: Include your name, address, and phone number(s). Incident Details: Specify the date, time, and location of the incident.
Employee(s) Involved: If possible, provide the name and badge number of the personnel.
Unit Information: Mention the relevant fire company, fire station, or fire vehicle, if applicable.
Incident Description: Share a detailed account of the incident, highlighting what impressed you.
Witness Information: Include the names, addresses, and phone numbers of any witnesses to the incident.

By Phone: Call us at (916) 808-1347 during our operating hours from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday to Friday.
