Affordable housing plays a pivotal role in fostering thriving communities, particularly in Sacramento where half of all renters are cost-burdened and at-risk of displacement (Housing Element). From economic stability to improved health outcomes, the availability of affordable housing plays a crucial role in enhancing the well-being of individuals and families across diverse socio-economic backgrounds.

  • REDUCED HOMELESSNESS – Affordable housing programs help reduce homelessness.
