Resources for Pet Owners

Beginning on Wednesday, December 25, 2024, the Front Street Animal Shelter's Pet Food Pantry will no longer be operating on Wednesdays. We will be announcing a new day soon.

The Front Street Animal Shelter has compiled a comprehensive list of clinics and programs to help owners and their furry family members, ranging from medical services to health care to behavior modification to social and emotional support.

Free vaccination and microchip clinic

This clinic will be for both dogs and cats
  • Sunday December 1  -  8:00 am - 12:00 pm

Free spay and neuter for cats and dogs

  • Spay or neuter your cat or dog for free by applying for a voucher through Front Street Animal Shelter's program to assist low-income residents in the City of Sacramento.
