As part of its ARPA framework for Creative Youth Workforce Development, the City of Sacramento’s Office of Arts and Culture (OAC) is launching its 2025-26 Creative Youth Workforce Development Grant.
Up to seven grants of $75,000 and three grants of $220,000 will be awarded to Sacramento-based nonprofit cultural organizations and for-profit creative businesses to create high impact training and work readiness experience for youth and young adults ages 16-24. Programs would serve youth in the US HUD qualified census tracts, US HUD adjacent and/or the Sacramento Opportunity Zone.
Creative businesses and organizations in the fields of media production, design, experience creation, and civic Innovation, implementing youth and young adult training and internship programs, are encouraged to apply.

**Youth serving organizations that received project grant funds of $75,000 or more from the Office of Arts & Culture in 2023 and 2024 (including Capital Region Creative Corps direct grantees) are ineligible to apply.
All questions regarding this solicitation must be submitted in writing to artgrants@cityofsacramento.org. All questions must be submitted no later than December 12, 2024, at 4:00 p.m. PT.
